TRAINING SERVICES
Our success is combining the teaching of specific skills with leveraging participants’ experience. Most appreciated are the in-class simulations and trouble shoot sessions where we discuss difficult client situations, review sales skills and test participants abilities against specific selling challenges. We have developed specific sales tools for strategic preparation of the sales call, role-plays are video recorded and reviewed for individual feedback.
Our programs are:
Flexible
We work with a series of modules which tackle different skills, from
cold calling to closing techniques. Each module may be done individually
or build into a longer term program. Courses are tailored to different
levels of experience from junior to senior level professionals. Participants
are from a variety of desks, including representatives from sales, research,
trading, product management etc.
Customized
We prepare and tailor each program in order to address specific teams’ needs
and objectives. We run programs in Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Corporate
Finance, Relationship Banking, Private Equity, Fund Management. Exercises
and case studies are real life and based on daily experiences, in-house
trade ideas and pitch books. Projects involve dedicated teams or larger
groups. They are desk/team specific – as in pitching and closing
techniques, or team building exercises such as in cross selling or internal
selling programs.
Personal attention to each participant
Classes are kept small in size – on average 8 participants per course
- to allow best interaction and give everyone a chance to participate
in the simulations exercises. Our programs combine in-class work and individual
coaching sessions, with participants’ personalized feedback. The
ability to deliver the program in other languages other then English,
including Italian and French, has proven very effective to make client
simulations realistic and allow participants to train in their ‘normal’ environment.
