WELCOME TO LF FINANCIAL MARKETING

LF Financial Marketing was founded in 1999 by Laura Fontani, a professional with extensive experience as a salesperson and trainer in investment banking, with the objective to organise and deliver training programs dedicated to the banking sector.

Our mission is to provide financial organisations with a high quality and innovative Sales Training aimed at optimising distribution capabilities in capital markets. Our bespoken Top Performance Sales Training program aims to achieve higher revenues by top performing client coverage. The program delivers effective account management and consultative selling skills in a product/client type specific context. Indeed, our philosophy is to approach sales from the client’s perspective, creating a strong link between capital markets products, selling skills and client knowledge using real life exercises and case studies.

Our programs are flexible and tailor made to address specific client’s objectives. We offer a series of training modules and sales tools to develop different skills, from cold calling to closing techniques. To prepare and deliver our courses Laura draws from her extensive experience and collaborates with a network of professionals active in the financial services industry.

Our clients include global financial organizations based in Europe and overseas. We carry out extensive projects internationally, programs are delivered in English, French and Italian and may be tailored to different experience levels and dealing room - banking activities.
